Made with indigenous yeasts, Atomic Caaaaaaat undergoes vinification without any additives ; no chaptalization, no acid corrections, no coloring agents, no thickeners… In short, we respect ourselves, and we respect you.Aged in stainless steel tanks. No added sulfites. Care and precision in winemaking ensure the wine’s stability over time.

This wine was crafted by Christophe Kaczmarek and Fabien Jouves, renowned natural winemaker from Cahors (South-West of France).

As always with Caaaaaaat, the wines are vinified, blended, bottled, and packed at the estate. From vineyard to cellar, everything is done with intention and respect: regenerating soils, fostering biodiversity, and honoring the humans who are part of it.
