a terrace above the Provençal coast, the four o'clock sun sliding over the Mediterranean, its warm light and salty breeze settling onto the iodine freshness of the wine, with the sound of cicadas and a view that runs all the way down to the French Riviera, letting the bottle empty itself to the rhythm of the waves.
Climate: A year of unpredictable weather, alternating between intense heat and violent storms. Some regions faced spring frost and summer hailstorms.

Terraced vineyards on red clay soils with rocky limestone, sandstone, and schist subsoils.
Hand-harvested grapes, carefully sorted in the vineyard. The harvest is chilled for 24 hours before a gentle direct press. Sunny Caaaaaaat is vinified without any additives: no corrections, no tricks, just pure grape juice. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks. A dose of sulfites is added at bottling to ensure the wine’s stability over time.
Created by Christophe Kaczmarek in partnership with the beautiful Domaine de la Navicelle in Provence, 21 hectares of organically and Demeter certified vineyards, cultivated with care for biodiversity and living ecosystems.
As always at Caaaaaaat, the wines are vinified, blended, bottled and packaged at the estate. From vine to cellar, everything is done with respect, with the aim of regenerating the soils, encouraging biodiversity and respecting the people who are part of it.
