2007
As a student, he walked into the wine shop on Rue Montorgueil and found “a mentor who became a friend”. Six months later, he knew wine would become his life.
20 years
Grape picker, waiter, wine merchant, exports manager, wine bar manager (in New Zealand!), agent, trader…
2015
He founded an agency for wines made from organic and biodynamic agriculture, focused on twelve key estates.
2019
He took the leap into production: free wines, created with his winemaker friends, with “respect” as the watchword.
